HEY PRODUCERS!

You need to learn some music theory

Saturday workshop • Small group • Includes 1 Month Residency

Why you’re stuck:

Most music theory courses teach you to memorize voicings. You end up with hundreds of chord shapes but no idea when to use them.

What we do differently:

We teach you how harmony functions. You’ll learn the 10-chord system that eliminates guesswork and gives you conscious control over emotional movement in your music.

The Harmony Wheel

Music Theory - Harmony Wheel

The Beat Kitchen Harmony Wheel - Connect your MIDI keyboard and see harmonic relationships in real-time. Modal interchange, borrowed chords, and functional harmony visualized as you play.

In This Full Saturday Intensive:

✓ The 10-Chord Toolkit - A streamlined framework that focuses on the chords that matter and how they relate ✓ The Harmony Wheel - Interactive tool that visualizes chord function as you play

✓ Functional Thinking - Understand why progressions work, not just which ones work

✓ Hands-On Application - Work through progressions and apply concepts to your own music

Plus: 1 Month of Beat Kitchen Residency ($85 value)

Weekly office hours with instructors
Production gyms and theory gyms
Beat reviews and feedback
Discord community access

Residency starts 1 week before the workshop or on purchase date (whichever comes first)

This workshop is for producers and musicians who:

Are already making music
Want deeper harmonic understanding
Are ready to invest in craft over quick hacks

Not for: Absolute beginners or those looking for free tutorial-style content
